Amaryllo Cloud, we and us refer to Amaryllo Cloud., Amaryllo Service., Amaryllo Inc., Amaryllo International Inc., considers the privacy and online security of our Users to be of utmost importance. This Privacy Policy is intended to help you to understand how and what personal information we collect, use and disclose when you use our Service.

The Policy applies to all Amaryllo Cloud services and any associated services (referred to as the ‘Amaryllo Cloud’). The terms governing your use of the Amaryllo Service are defined in our Terms of Service (the “Terms and Conditions”). The Site is operated by Amaryllo Inc., USA (hereinafter referred to as "Amaryllo", "we", "us" and "our").
While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally, identifiable information may include but is not limited to, your email address, name, phone number, postal address, credit card information, and other information (“Personal Information”). We collect this information for the purpose of providing the Services, identifying and communicating with you, responding to your requests/inquiries, servicing your purchase orders, and improving our services.

We may collect Personal Information from you such as email address, phone number, or mailing address when you choose to request information about our Services, register for Amaryllo Cloud’s newsletter or a program that we may offer from time to time, request to receive customer or technical support, or otherwise communicate with us.

We collect certain payment and billing information when you register for certain paid Services. You might also provide payment information, such as payment card details, which we collect via secure payment processing services.

HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR DATA
We maintain technical, physical, and administrative security measures designed to provide reasonable protection for your Personal Data against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, and alteration. The security measures include firewalls, data encryption, physical access controls to our data centers, and information access authorization controls. While we are dedicated to securing our systems and Services, you are responsible for securing and maintaining the privacy of your password(s) and Account/profile registration information and verifying that the Personal Data we maintain about you is accurate and current. We are not responsible for protecting any Personal Data that we share with a third-party based on an account connection that you have authorized.
Some of the ways in which Amaryllo protects your personal information include:
- We encrypt your Content when it is stored at rest in our data centers.
- We protect sensitive information with encryption during transmission over the public Internet.
- We keep the servers on which personal information is stored in a controlled environment with limited access.
- We maintain a wide variety of compliance and security programs.
We do not, have not, and do not have any future plans to sell your personal information to third parties.

Around the world. To provide you with the Services, we may store, process, and transmit data in the United States and locations around the world—including those outside your country. Data may also be stored locally on the devices you use to access the Services.
